Passionfruit Mojito Recipe
Escape to the tropics with this creamy and refreshing cocktail. A perfect blend of smooth rum, rich coconut, and bright pineapple juice, the Piña Colada is your island getaway in a glass.

Ingredients
1.5 oz (45 ml) white rum
Mixer
1 oz (30 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Cream of Coconut
1 cup ice
Pineapple wedge & cherry for garnish
Method
Blend: Add white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour: Serve in a chilled hurricane or highball glass.
Garnish: Top with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
Make it a Mocktail!
Skip the rum for a Virgin Piña Colada. Combine 3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice, 1 oz (30 ml) Bartender’s Daughter Cream of Coconut, and 1 cup ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry for a tropical treat anyone can enjoy!
